7-Eleven is a chain of US convenience stores that are open all the time—24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. Our task was to design an interactive in-store kiosk that would offer online services and seamlessly transfer the brand to the digital world through our interface design.
Solution
What would shoppers at a 24-hour convenience store be looking for in an interactive kiosk? The answer: Online services that would also make the best use of their time— buying tickets, logging in to bank accounts, withdrawing money like an ATM, sending flowers for an almost-forgotten birthday. The list goes on and on. We took the essence of the store experience and brought it to the digital world with an interactive touchscreen kiosk, proving that you can find even more of what you need at 7-Eleven.
Results
Modiki was able to bring the 7-Eleven brand to the digital world with touchscreen kiosks that transformed over 1000 USA 7-Eleven stores into digital service centers.
