Problem
R&R Resorts include three spas located in the United States, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Unlike other vacation resorts, this was not an impersonal global operation, but instead three resorts with a boutique feel. Initially, these resorts were limited to individuals practicing yoga. However, R&R wanted to expand their guest base with a complete marketing, positioning, and branding redesign.
Solution
We repositioned the brand by creating an entirely new logo and identity system that emphasized the notion of “Wellness through nature.” Because the resorts’ natural settings are the central point of our communication strategy, we selected dramatic nature photography and featured it prominently throughout the redesigned site. We also kept the designs simple and clean to align with the tranquility that the brand offers to all its guests.
